CROSSROADS PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY

Our philosophy of ministry can be illustrated by three
simple words: Worship, Word, World. These three are
the most necessary and basic ideals for the ministry
of the church

Worship
The church is the family of God providing an
atmosphere and opportunity for the body to join
together and worship him. This is an upward
expression or our purpose as a church

Word
The church is an instrument of God fashioned for the
purpose of building a body of saints in the image of
His Son. The church must provide an opportunity for
the Scripture to be presented and for the members to
respond to it. This is an inward expression of our
purpose of a church.

World
The church must be the means through which
evangelism takes place. Presenting the Gospel is the
mission of the church. This is an outward expression
of our purpose as a church.
